DMCA Policy – Quensiz Games
At Quensiz Games, we respect the creative work of others just as much as we value our own. We take copyright infringement seriously and comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted material has been used
in one of our games, websites, or services without permission, you can submit a takedown request using the steps below.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you’re the copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf), please send us a written notice that includes:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email, mailing address, phone).
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- A clear description of where the material appears (URLs, screenshots, or game titles help).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information you’re providing is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or have authority to act on their behalf — made under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What Happens Next?
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We’ll review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content.
- We’ll notify the user who posted the content (if applicable), and give them an opportunity to respond through a counter-notice.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your notice must include:
- Your name, contact info, and a clear reference to the removed content.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was wrongly removed.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a legal action within 10–14 business days.
5. False Claims
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences. Only file a notice if you are certain about the copyright issue.
